City of Tampa's Homeowner Housing Assistance - Inquiry

The Homeowner Housing Assistance (HHA) Program is being established by the City of Tampa to assist homeowners whose properties sustained damage from Hurricanes Helene or Milton to assist with necessary repair costs. The program will provide direct financial assistance (up to $30,000) for home repairs still needed OR reimbursement for prior expenses (up to $30,000), supporting housing recovery and stability for affected residents. Households that received hurricane assistance from the City of Tampa are not eligible to apply for HHA. Priority will be based on zip codes with most damage reported.

Please note: Your responses will help the Housing and Community Development Department determine whether you may be eligible for assistance. To pre-qualify, households must be located within the City limits, have an income at or below 140% of the Area Median Income (AMI), and have storm-related damages.
