City of Tampa's Rental & Move-In Assistance Program (RMAP)

Phase X - Inquiry

RMAP applications will be accepted on Tuesdays only, beginning at 9am, until 12pm.

Types of Assistance:

Program Requirements:

Must have an active 12-month lease agreement (More than 90 days remaining)
Unit must be located within the city limits of Tampa
Must have a stable source of income that demonstrates the ability to pay monthly rent (Up to 140% AMI)
Cannot have received RMAP assistance previously

Must have been approved for a unit (Move-in date within 45 days)
Unit must be located within the city limits of Tampa
Must have a stable source of income that demonstrates the ability to pay monthly rent (Up to 140% AMI)
Cannot have received RMAP assistance previously

Types of Assistance:

Program Requirements:

Must have an active 12-month lease agreement (More than 90 days remaining)
Unit must be located within the City of Tampa limits
Must have a stable source of income that demonstrates the ability to pay monthly rent (Up to 140% AMI)
Cannot have received RMAP assistance previously
No more than 2 months of past due rent
