These conservation materials are only available to City of Tampa Water Department account holders. Items should be received within four weeks from the date of request processing through U.S. Parcel Post. Materials are available as funding permits. These offerings may be modified or discontinued without notice.

Check the item(s) you wish to receive:

(Low flow showerhead, bathroom aerators, kitchen aerator, Teflon tape, toilet leak detection dye tablets, installation instructions, and informational brochures.)

Qualifying customers will be mailed a plumbing retrofit kit. Kit requests are limited to one kit per single family residential account location in a 12 month period. Multi-family and non-residential customers should contact the Water Conservation Section at (813) 274-8121 to inquire about availability.

Qualifying customers will be mailed a rain sensor. Rain sensor requests are limited to one rain sensor per service location.

(Toilet leak detection dye tablets and informational materials on checking for leaks and conserving water.)

Available only to Commercial Customers

Qualifying customers will be mailed a high-quality low-flow commercial pre-rinse spray valve. To ensure best service, customers requesting spray valves may receive a follow-up call following their request to determine appropriateness for site and additional information.
