Use this service to request a printed copy of the most recent Consumer Confidence Report/Water Quality Report for the Tampa Water Department. If you have concerns regarding your water quality, please use the Water Quality Complaint service form or contact us at (813) 274-8811.

Note: A printed copy of the current report will be mailed to the address provided. If you would like to review the current or prior year reports before receiving the printed copies, visit www.TampaGov.net/WaterQuality or in person at our offices located on the fifth floor of the Tampa Municipal Office Building, 306 East Jackson Street in downtown Tampa.
