Pursuant to Sections 553.721 and 468.631 of the Florida State Statutes, this estimated
permit fee includes a 2.5% Florida Permit Surcharge for equal distribution between
the Florida Department of Community Affairs and the Florida Department of Business
and Professional Regulation. The minimum fee collected on any permit shall be $4.00.

The amounts provided reflect an estimate for the costs of plan review and
permits based on the information entered by the client. This estimate can
provide guidance for decision-making; however it is not intended to be a
guarantee of the actual permitting costs. Other miscellaneous fees may be added
and may alter the final costs. The final determination of the permit costs will
