The City of Tampa Mayor's Hispanic Advisory Council is pleased to confirm its keynote speaker for the 2025 Latinos Unidos Luncheon, Brigadier General Hector Pagan (Ret). This is the 26th Annual Latinos Unidos Luncheon. The proceeds from this event will go towards funding the City of Tampa Mayor's Hispanic Advisory Council scholarship programs at various institutions in Tampa including University of Tampa, University of South Florida, and Hillsborough Community College.

The luncheon will take place at noon on Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at the Hilton Downtown Tampa
